Q. Where do you offer delivery and hiab services to?

We offer our services from Port Mellon to Powell River including all surrounding islands. (Unfortunately, we do not offer barging services.) Give us a call and we can help you determine the best delivery options for your project.

 

Q. How long does it take to get a delivery?

Delivery spots are held on a first come first serve basis. Call the store to determine when we can deliver to your job site.

 

Q. How much does delivery cost?

Single axle, cube van, Ford F150 & two ton delivery $75.00

Tandem truck $115.00

Hiab rental $150.00/hr

Forklift rental $100.00/hr (operator included)

 

Q. What’s the best way to order?

Order by phone or website, or better yet, pop on in to one of our two locations for the full experience. You won’t be let down!

 

Q. What form of payment do you accept?

We take cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.

 

Q. What is your return policy?

Items purchased at our Gibsons or Sechelt location can be returned to either location. For fast, easy returns, please keep your receipt. It not only ensures you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps us process your return quickly.

 

*Return Policy Exceptions* – Most special order returns or special order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. We do not return custom products, custom tinted paint department products, or gift cards.

 

Gibsons Building Supplies reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time for any reason, and/or request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return.
